Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Mous products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
